NAT-SU Healthcare is looking for a full-Time Accountant. We’re searching for a skilled financial specialist to help process, track, and record accounting activity in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. This position will assist the controller in managing the general accounting and financial processes of the company. This position is also responsible for accomplishing daily accounting tasks as directed by the controller to ensure that financial and operational activities are properly recorded in the accounting system. This position will provide the candidate with an opportunity to challenge their technical skills and knowledge in excel and variety of web-based accounting/billing systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the company in optimizing our financial transactions and systems by performing reconciliation of payments and accounts – Intercompany transactions, including bills, bill credits, invoices, and invoice credits.
- Assist in generating SOP and other process improvements
- Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting and compliance
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monthly budget to actual reporting,
- Assist Controller in reconciliation of general ledger account activity,
- Analyze financial transactions and statements,
- Assist in month, quarter, and year end close process,
- Assist in preparation in monthly operational reports and financial statements,
- Prepare documentation for annual financial audits.
- Producing monthly financial and management reports (delegated duty from controller)
- Researching and resolving account discrepancies
- Processing and recording transactions
- Providing advanced spreadsheet data analysis and data validation between EHR System, Billing System, and Accounting System.
Required skills/Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field required.
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel; mastered the development of spreadsheets, use of pivot tables, and advanced formulas.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and validation.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Financial Accounting Standards.

- Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping

- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field required.
- 4 years accounting experience.
- Experience in driving process improvement.

Position Status: Full-time M-F 40 hours per week.
