To flourish in this role, you will: 

• Develop, lead, and monitor a culture of high efficiency, results, and customer-oriented accounting and reporting services for internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee all accounting functions, including strategic financial decisions and accounting activities, month-end and yearly closing processes, financial and management reporting, cash management, budget, tax compliance, and internal controls
• Present findings and collaborates with leadership on recommendations that influence the future of the organization.

Qualifications:  

Required 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in general accounting experience with balance sheet management, including financial statement preparation and supervisory responsibility. 
• Valid Driver’s License 
• Must pass a Background check prior to start date

Preferred 

• This person should also have an understanding of health care finance and industry trends.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
