Director-Finance Operations Physician Enterprise

Pay Range:

$58.51 - $87.76Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Director-Finance Operations Physician Enterprise to join our team. Provides overall leadership in the areas of Financial Operations for the HSHS Physician Enterprise. Coordinates the preparation and review of all physician enterprise budgets, financial statements, and variance reporting. Works to find opportunities for enhancement of the financial performance across physician enterprise entities. Has significant work with a team, matrix environment providing oversight and development across multiple locations, and coordination with system functional teams across the system. Reports directly to Division Chief Financial Officer.

INTERNET SPEED REQUIREMENTS:

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required.
• Master's degree in Accounting or MBA (Master of Business Administration) is preferred.

Experience Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience working with a physician enterprise or healthcare organization is required.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred.
