This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a finance professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and business partnership. In this role, you will lead financial planning and performance management across critical business functions including Product Development, Infrastructure & Operations, SG&A, and Professional Services. You will partner closely with senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable financial plans while guiding a growing team of finance professionals. Accountabilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Own budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and monthly financial reporting processes across Product Development, Infrastructure & Operations, SG&A, and Professional Services.
  • Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to support scenario planning, headcount optimization, investment analysis, and strategic decision-making.
  • Serve as a strategic finance partner to senior leaders across Engineering, Product, Operations, HR, Legal, Marketing, and Professional Services teams.
  • Provide financial insights into R&D investments, infrastructure costs, operational efficiency, project profitability, utilization metrics, and cost optimization opportunities.
  • Support executive decision-making through business cases, variance analysis, KPI reporting, and investment recommendations.
  • Contribute to M&A due diligence, integration planning, and post-acquisition financial modeling initiatives.
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and modernization initiatives within the FP&A function to improve reporting accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
  • 8–10+ years of progressive FP&A or finance business partnering experience, including at least 3 years managing finance teams.
  • Proven experience supporting multiple functional areas such as Product Development, Engineering, Infrastructure, SG&A, or Professional Services.
  • Strong background in SaaS, software, or technology environments; healthcare technology experience is a plus.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and long-range planning.
  • Experience with FP&A and planning tools such as Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, or similar systems.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate financial insights into business recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, and growth-oriented environments.
  • Experience supporting M&A activities, financial integration, and cross-functional strategic initiatives preferred.
  • Strong leadership mindset with the ability to mentor teams, influence senior stakeholders, and drive organizational alignment.
