Position Summary
The Finance Manager oversees daily financial operations, supports leadership with financial insights, and ensures the accuracy and efficiency of our financial systems. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, analytical, and excited to contribute to meaningful, mission-driven work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activity
- Prepare monthly financial reports, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Oversee expense tracking, vendor payments, and purchasing processes
- Support payroll-related financial tasks in partnership with HR and Operations
- Assist with audits and external reporting needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with Quick Books preferred
- Healthcare or behavioral health experience is a plus
