Job Description
What You'll Do
- Lead month-end close activities, quarterly forecasting, and annual planning cycles for Global Sales and Marketing
- Deliver variance analysis and financial insights to help leaders understand performance and guide decision-making
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, resource planning, and strategic initiatives
- Build financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate investments, product launches, and business opportunities
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with Accounting and other teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and accruals
- Drive improvements to financial processes, reporting, and planning tools
- Support system enhancements and FP&A initiatives that strengthen data quality and efficiency
How Will You Get Here
- 5+ years of experience in Finance or FP&A with ownership of forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Science, or a related field
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including scenario planning and strategic analysis
- Experience working with ERP systems (such as Oracle or SAP) and financial planning/reporting tools
- Ability to partner effectively with business leaders and influence decisions through financial insights
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly
- Proven ability to improve processes and lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment
