The FLDP is a three-year rotational program designed for early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in finance while developing leadership skills at a Fortune 10 company. Throughout the program, you'll gain hands-on experience, work on meaningful business initiatives, and learn from finance leaders across the organization.
As an FLDP participant, you'll complete three one-year rotations that provide exposure to key areas of finance, including:
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Data Analytics & Visualization
Financial Operations
Controllership Fundamentals
During these rotations, you'll develop skills in financial analysis, executive communication, data-driven decision making, and technical expertise. You'll work on real business problems that help shape the future of CVS Health while building a broad understanding of corporate finance in the healthcare industry.

Work Location and Relocation
CVS Health follows a hybrid work model that typically provides flexibility to work in the office three days a week, and two days from home based on business needs. Program locations include Hartford, CT, Northbrook, IL, and Cumberland, RI. Relocation assistance may be available for eligible candidates who need to move more than 50 miles from their current residence.
Required Qualifications
- Up to 1.5 years of professional experience, including internships, co-ops, or other relevant business experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Up to 1.5 years of professional experience, including internships, co-ops, or other relevant business experience
- Experience using analytical and reporting tools such as Excel, VBA, Alteryx, Tableau, or SQL
- Agility with AI tools such as Claude and CoPilot
- Leadership experience gained through student organizations, athletics, community involvement, work experience, or academic projects
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Elevated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Interest in building a long-term career in corporate finance at CVS Health
Education
- Candidates should complete a bachelor's degree between May 2026 and August 2027 with a major, minor, concentration, or relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Analytics

The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,888.00 - $93,574.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
