What you will do

The Finance Manager within the Global Operations Finance organization will provide financial leadership on Operations separation execution & performance. Being successful in this role will require strengths in business leadership, collaboration, change management, and ability to work with ambiguity while also being able to pull through compliant execution on day-to-day activities. 

This position reports to the Senior Finance Manager, Global Operations Separation and partners closely with both the Global Separation Management leadership and A&D. You will lead and develop a team of two direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the financial strategy and operational separation initiatives across global business units, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption while collaborating with legal, tax, and compliance teams to address financial implications on a global scale.
  • Innovate and implement advanced financial modeling techniques and develop dynamic dashboards and business scorecards to forecast, monitor, and manage the fiscal impact and operational metrics of global changes and service delivery processes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, optimize, and implement financial and operational processes that support separation, drive efficiency, compliance, and address complex business challenges.
  • Oversee governance and execution of BPO-related projects aligned with TSA exit strategies and target state deployment across business processes, organizations, and systems.
  • Financial leadership for TMA and TSA services. Analyze exit strategies and establish framework for TSA/TMA exit governance including financial evaluation of options.
  • Financial management of TSA and TMA charges. Coordinate with Enterprise Transformation Office and regional supply chain teams to reconcile TSA and TMA actual charges.  
  • Coordinate forecasts for TSA/SOWs and TMA and partner with regional SC Finance teams and FP&A for projections of spend, replacement costs etc.
  • Interface with J&J on TSA/TMA financial matters including annual revision of TMA and rTMA costs etc, to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Adhoc projects under Finance Senior Manager, Global Ops Separation.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of progressive finance experience
  • Extensive experience and proven track record of financial business partnering with focus on cash and value creation, ability to recognize the business value in E2E context
  • Ability to work through ambiguity in a complex matrixed role
  • Excellent cross functional collaboration and influencing skills
  • Ability to work effectively in interdependent partnerships within and outside the finance organization, including virtual teams, to create mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Superior skills in framing data & story telling in the context of short & long-term goals
  • Ability to zoom in and out of the details as needed
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A proven track record interacting with senior management and collaborating/influencing across functions
  • Ability to work under time pressure and sustain high accuracy of business results and full accountability

Desired Qualifications:

  • Understanding of Kenvue’s consumer health business and Operations
  • Proficient in conveying complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences, including senior management
  • Experience with SAP, ERP systems or Ariba procurement solutions, enabling efficient financial and operational processes

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$124,100.00 - $175,200.00
