Job Description

We are partnering with a growing healthcare services organization seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to support operational leadership across multiple sites. This role sits at the intersection of finance and operations, driving budgeting, forecasting, and performance insights that directly impact patient service delivery and business outcomes.

This is an ideal role for a finance leader who enjoys partnering closely with operations teams, translating financial data into clear business decisions, and improving processes in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for multi-site operations

• Partner with operations leadership to drive financial performance and cost optimization

• Build and present financial reports, dashboards, and insights for senior stakeholders

• Analyze revenue, expense trends, and operational KPIs to support strategic decisions

• Support month-end close activities and financial planning cycles

• Identify process improvements and implement scalable financial controls

• Provide clear, actionable recommendations based on financial and operational data

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of progressive finance experience (FP&A, Finance Manager, or Accounting leadership)

• Experience supporting operations in healthcare, multi-site services, or high-volume environments

• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling skills

• Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial reporting tools or ERP systems

• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA a plus)

Preferred Background

• Healthcare services, hospital systems, clinics, or similar operationally driven environments

• Experience partnering directly with operations or regional leadership teams

• Exposure to multi-location or service-based organizations
