Finance Systems Manager, FP&A

This role offers the opportunity to lead and optimize financial planning and reporting processes within a dynamic and growing business environment. The Finance Systems Manager will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting while administering key financial systems including Adaptive Planning and enterprise data warehouse dashboards. You will design and enhance reporting packages, support data-driven decision-making, and collaborate across functions to ensure accuracy and insight in financial analytics. This highly visible role allows you to drive process improvements, implement automation, and leverage AI for reporting and reconciliation. The position demands technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to effectively support leadership and business partners.

• Accountabilities:
• Manage budget and forecast consolidations across the organization.
• Oversee monthly total company reporting and ensure timely, accurate financial data delivery.
• Administer and optimize financial planning systems (Adaptive Planning) and Enterprise Data Warehouse dashboards.
• Develop and enhance internal reporting packages to support business decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to interpret, present, and explain complex finance issues.
• Implement process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
• Support FP&A team initiatives and contribute to strategic planning efforts.

• Requirements:
• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive financial analysis experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/VBA, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
• Admin-level experience with financial planning and ERP systems.
• Familiarity with AI tools for reporting and reconciliations.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and US GAAP.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset.
• Excellent communicator, capable of leading cross-functional collaboration.
• SQL/Python skills are a plus.
• Experience in biotech or related industries is preferred.
