Financial Clinical Institute Analyst I : Finance
About the job
Under the guidance of Finance management, the Financial Analyst I will provide accurate, timely, and actionable financial analysis to support the volume, business, and profitability decisions of their assigned Clinical Institute(s). Assist in the preparation of data and supporting materials used to discuss financial performance during monthly and Ad Hoc meetings with internal stakeholders; financial performance will include volumes, revenues, direct costs, direct margins, and forces that affect all these factors. Monthly and Ad Hoc meetings are mostly led by Finance and include the Clinical Institute's director, managers, and contributor level leadership across various service lines such as inpatient care, surgeries, diagnostics, therapeutics, etc. The incumbent will play a supporting role in these meetings by providing and presenting prepared data and analysis as directed. They will assist senior analysts and Finance management in ROI analysis and financial modeling, including discounted cash flows, net present values, and internal rate of returns, by preparing the underlying data and models under close supervision.
