Job Description

Company Overview

At Allia Health, home to Southend Pharmacy, Brello Health, and Woven - we’re making longevity care feel less like a luxury and more like basic healthcare. Our mission is simple: deliver anti-aging and wellness solutions that are affordable, accessible, and deeply human.

We’re not chasing trends—we’re rebuilding the model. By meeting people where they are with personalized, cost-effective options that fit real schedules, real budgets, and real health goals, we’re helping more people take control of how they feel today—and how they age tomorrow.

Your Impact

In this role, you’ll be the engine behind our financial predictability and strategic growth. Reporting directly to the FP&A Manager, you will transform raw data into a narrative that guides C-Suite decisions. You will safeguard our profitability by owning the forecasting process, vetting capital projects, and ensuring our sales incentives are accurate and motivating. Your work ensures Allia Health remains proactive and agile as we scale our operations.

What You’ll Lead

  • You will produce quarterly forecasts for the entire P&L, including Revenue, Expenses, and COGS, and drive the annual budget process for each business unit using NetSuite.

  • You will collaborate with division heads to lead monthly variance reporting, acting as the bridge that explains the financial surfeits or shortfalls.

  • You will oversee the integrity of our automated sales commission process, serving as the trusted point of contact for the sales team regarding their performance payouts.

  • You will vet Capital Expenditure (CapEx) requests, performing cost-benefit analyses to provide recommendations on new business projects.

  • On a typical week, this role will balance structured monthly and quarterly reporting cycles with high-stakes ad hoc analysis and special projects that address real-time business needs.

Who Thrives in This Role

Someone will thrive here if they:

  • Translate complex technical data into clear, visual narratives for the C-suite while simplifying intricate commission structures for non-technical sales teams.

  • Maintain a "Finger on the Pulse" curiosity, proactively researching healthcare industry trends to anticipate how external shifts will impact internal forecasts.

  • Organize with discipline, pivoting seamlessly between rigid financial deadlines and high-pressure ad hoc requests without compromising accuracy.

Superpowers We Value

Must-have

  • 2-5 years of Finance experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (Finance, Accounting, Economics, etc.).

  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups) is the highest priority for success in this role

  • Familiarity with Access.

  • Ability to find the "shoutouts" in a spreadsheet—the 3 bullet points that summarize why the data matters.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with NetSuite or other major ERP/CRM platforms.

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs).

  • Prior experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time at a desk and work on a computer.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in person (Houston Office), over the phone, or via virtual meeting.

  • Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands and arms, such as typing.

What We Offer

  • Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 annually.

  • Performance Incentives: Eligible for quarterly bonuses.

  • Work Flexibility: Hybrid work arrangement based out of Houston, TX.

  • Comprehensive Care: Benefits package including medical, dental, and paid time off.
