Position Summary

The Financial Consultant supports strategic financial planning, analysis, and reporting. This role partners with leadership to drive decision-making through financial insights, modeling, and performance analysis.

 

Location: Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies, Orlando, FL
Department: WPH Finance Support Unit
Type: Full-Time (40 Hours)

Shift: Days - Monday- Friday (Onsite)

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
  • Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis for strategic initiatives
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reports
  • Analyze KPIs and financial performance, identifying trends and risks
  • Support business development and operational decision-making
  • Collaborate across departments to align financial and organizational goals
  • Identify and implement process improvements and best practices

Qualifications

Education/Training:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field


Licensure/Certification:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field may substitute for up to two (2) years of the required experience.


Experience:
 Four (4) years of experience in financial analysis and planning, accounting, reimbursement, public accounting, philanthropic accounting/finance or consulting. Healthcare experience is a plus. 
ď‚· Computer experience required with an emphasis on spreadsheet and database programs.
