Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Manager, Finance to join our team!
The Manager, Finance is responsible for leading the organization's financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytical functions to support informed business decision-making and drive financial performance. This role oversees financial and pricing analysts while managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes across assigned business areas. The Manager develops and monitors key financial metrics, performs complex variance and profitability analyses, and ensures the accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of financial information to leadership and business stakeholders.
The Manager, Finance works closely with business development, account management, operations, analytics, accounting, and executive leadership to provide strategic financial guidance and actionable insights that support client relationships, operational effectiveness, and organizational growth. The Manager evaluates financial performance across products, departments, and clients; identifies opportunities and risks; presents forecasts and budgets to leadership; and leads financial projects that enhance decision-making, profitability, and long-term business strategy.

Responsibilities
How do I make an impact on my team?
- Partner with business development and account management to maintain client relationships through financial reporting, and other financial requests.
- Develop metrics to measure profitability at all levels of the organization including by department, by product line, and by client.
- Plan, organize, conduct, analyze, and document financial projects and research studies, and report to management and adjust/evaluate ongoing projects.
- Perform monthly volume metrics analyses by service line (both retrospective and prospective).
- Engage with Finance and Leadership on forecast opportunities and challenges from ideation to execution.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for assigned business areas.Collaborate with Accounting on analysis ofvarious revenue and expense variances.
- Perform variance analysis of financial data including budget vs. actual, actual vs. prior year, and actual vs. forecast analyses.
- Collaborate with Analytics to design and prepare business insights periodic financial reports and design/produce ad hoc analytical reporting for departmental, executive leadership, or parent organization needs.
- Manage daily financial analysis and reporting functions including client financial reporting, financial forecasting, budget to actual analysis, product level margin analysis.
- Present financial forecasts and budget to leadership.
- Partner with operational and business leaders to evaluate financial performance, identify opportunities, and provide recommendations that support strategic and operational goals.

Qualifications
What our team expects from you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 3+ years of progressive leadership experience, which may include leading individual contributors or teams, or equivalent leadership experience such as coaching, mentoring, or leading complex initiatives or projects, required.
- Knowledge of Financial Reporting and Forecasting Platforms, preferably Oracle ERP and EPM, required.
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
- The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
