Description:
Reporting directly to the Assistant Vice President, Finance, Outpatient Services, the Manager, Finance Outpatient Services will lead a team of finance professionals with the responsibility to provide full financial analytics to the AVP and other members of the leadership team related to financial statements, product and service lines, business units, capital purchase prioritization, return on investments and lease/buy decisions. Supports the AVP in his or her roles as a business consultant to management on financial issues related to the entity as a whole and/or individual departments, product and service lines, physician investments and business development strategies, and short- and long-term financial planning. Additional responsibilities include providing technical support and conducting analysis of the annual operating budget, including but not limited to volume and staffing projections, challenging departments‘ projections and related revenue and expense estimates. Estimated salary range for this position is $96682.12 - $125686.76 / year depending on experience.

Degrees:
- Bachelors.
- Bachelor‘s degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration or related business discipline.
- Masters degree preferred.
- Good analytical, communication and organizational skills.
- Strong budget and analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer/stakeholder needs and translate them into operational requirements.
- Comfortable in a team environment with changing priorities and time pressure.
