National Corporate Controller

On-siteFULL TIME$230,000 – $250,000EXECUTIVE

About the job

Redefine Management is a network of musculoskeletal Care Centers across New Jersey, offering pain management, orthopedics, neurosurgery, and physical therapy through a coordinated system of specialists. The finance team supports a multi-entity organization spanning multiple practices and locations.

Redefine Management is seeking an operational, hands-on Controller to join its finance leadership team. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this individual will build and maintain the financial infrastructure, accounting discipline, and operational rigor needed to support the organization's continued multi-entity growth and national expansion.

This is not a traditional back-office Controller role. We are looking for a builder: someone who can design scalable processes, optimize financial systems, and support the integration of acquired practices, while partnering closely with executive leadership and the Care Center network. The ideal candidate combines strong accounting fundamentals with hands-on experience scaling finance functions and systems in a multi-entity, technology-enabled environment.
