The Principal Finance – Transplant Services is responsible for the financial operations of the Transplant Services program, including insurance compliance, charge integrity, billing, reimbursement, and adherence to regulatory requirements established by CMS, UNOS, and applicable organ procurement organizations. Maintains a dual reporting relationship to the Hospital CFO and the Transplant Services Administrator and serves as the primary liaison between Transplant Services and the hospital's revenue cycle and finance departments to ensure accurate and complete financial systems. Maintains consistent processes and controls related to Medicare Cost Report compliance in collaboration with the CFO and the Transplant Services Administrator.
