Job Description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Director, Global Finance based in United States.

This role is a senior global finance leadership position responsible for building and scaling international finance operations across multiple jurisdictions in a fast-growing, publicly traded biotech environment.
You will act as a key architect of global finance infrastructure, supporting the launch of new markets while ensuring compliance, governance, and operational readiness across all entities.
The position plays a critical role in defining how finance processes are designed, standardized, and executed globally, with a strong focus on controllership and scalability.
You will serve as the interim finance lead for newly established international entities, ensuring continuity between legal setup and local finance team implementation.
This role requires close partnership with accounting, tax, treasury, FP&A, legal, and technical accounting teams to ensure alignment across all financial operations.
You will also drive the development of global playbooks, operating models, and reporting frameworks that support sustainable international expansion.
This is a highly strategic yet hands-on role, combining global oversight with direct execution in a complex, regulated environment.
