The Senior Financial Analyst is a member of the service area team and sits on local ministry teams to provide analytical support regarding the team's financial performance. Analyzes, understands and reports on key financial and business trends for the organization. Collects, researches and organizes financial and operational data to create and report monthly financials, variances and trending analyses.
Essential Functions:
• Serve as a member of the Washington Montana Providence Clinical Network finance team
• Work with physicians and advanced practice practitioners on compensation related matters
• Learn about a vast number of specialties and understand the sacred encounter between a clinician and patient
• Analyze, understand, help develop and report on clinician compensation systems
• Collect, research, and organize financial and operational data to create and report monthly financial trends and variances
• Ensure clinicians compensation is reconciled and administrated according to their employment agreements
• Apply advanced knowledge and skills
• Perform difficult, complex, and mentally challenging tasks
• Provides guidance, assistance, and training to fellow finance team members and operational leadership
• Use critical thinking skills daily
• Have knowledge of accrual-based accounting, payroll logistics, and clinician compensation models

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 years Analytical and Business experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Business Administration.
- Upon hire: Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Upon hire: Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
- 2 years Healthcare related experience.

- Montana: Except Great Falls: Min: $34.26, Max: $53.18
- Montana: Great Falls: Min: $32.45, Max: $50.38
- Washington: Western - Except Tukwila: Min: $44.35, Max: $68.86
- Washington: Tukwila: Min: $44.35, Max: $68.86
- Washington: Eastern: Min: $37.86, Max: $58.78
- Washington: Southeastern: Min: Min: $39.67, Max: $61.58
