About the Job
As a Staff Accountant at Avandra Imaging, you will support day-to-day financial operations across multiple operating entities. This role is responsible for executing accounts receivable collections, managing accounts payable, and ensuring accurate cash application and bank reconciliations.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining strong cash flow, financial accuracy, and operational discipline as the company continues to scale.
This is a hands-on, operational role based in Avandra’s Eagan, Minnesota office, or open to remote within the U.S. for the right person.
What You’ll Do
- Own accounts receivable collections for Datcard and Sorna, including proactive customer outreach and follow-up.
- Apply customer payments accurately in QuickBooks and ensure timely cash application.
- Process and record customer check deposits, customer credit card payments and deposits.
- Manage accounts payable for Datcard, Sorna, and Connor Group.
- Review, code, and process vendor bills and support timely payment execution.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records in accordance with company standards.
- Reconcile all bank and credit card accounts.
- Partner with the Director of Finance and Accounting and broader finance team to support reporting, close activities, and process improvements.
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or general accounting.
- Hands-on experience with cash collections and cash application.
- Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards for accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growing, multi-entity environment.

Salary Range
- $70,000 - $80,000 base salary (plus up to 10% discretionary bonus) depending on experience and alignment with role expectations.
