Staff Accountant

Position Overview:

The Staff Accountant is responsible for completing monthly journal entries and account reconciliations across multiple operating sites.

 

This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

What you will do:

• Perform general ledger and journal entry activities including account reconciliations as assigned on a monthly basis.
• Perform and provide financial analysis.
• Be a key resource for financial reporting.
• Work closely within the accounting function as well as across departments.
• Perform financial audits and other ad hoc projects.

Skills for Success:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related area.
• Entry level to 2 years working in the accounting field.
• Must possess strong analytical skills.
• Must be proficient in MS Office especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Must possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Must be detailed, results and deadline oriented.
