About Rezo Therapeutics

Rezo is a different kind of biopharma company. Our mission is to dramatically increase the success rate of drug development by building a disease-agnostic, fully-integrated, network biology platform that will redefine our understanding of human disease and ability to treat it.

We are leveraging a unique integrated approach, combining capabilities in genetics, proteomics, structural biology and AI to generate deep biological insights and novel therapeutic approaches.

Located in San Francisco’s vibrant Mission Bay neighborhood, Rezo is in close proximity to UCSF, numerous urban amenities, and outdoor recreational opportunities. We recognize that realizing our mission depends as much on our people as it does on our science and are building a workplace that fosters collaboration, respect, and diversity where contributing to your team’s success is valued as highly as individual achievements.  If you’re passionate about team science and breaking down barriers to progress in drug development, please consider joining us!

The Opportunity

Rezo is seeking a VP, Finance and Administration to lead its financial and administrative functions through the next stages of growth. This leader will be a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, ensuring strong financial discipline, effective capital planning, and the operational infrastructure needed to advance Rezo’s innovative science.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a lean, growing biotech. The ideal candidate combines strategic financial/accounting leadership and fundraising experience with a willingness to roll up their sleeves – building financial models, managing budgets and cash runway, improving financial visibility, and developing practical, scalable processes.

Above all, this leader will view Finance and Administration as enabling functions – working proactively with scientific and corporate teams to anticipate needs, provide the right resources at the right time, and remove obstacles to progress.

  • Administration & Business Operations
    • Oversee core administrative functions, including IT, facilities and real estate, ensuring reliable and efficient operations that support scientific progress
    • Partner proactively with scientific and corporate teams to anticipate resource and infrastructure needs, and implement simple, scalable processes that enable their work and remove operational obstacles
    • Foster a culture of accountability, clarity, and strategic resource stewardship

What You Bring:
