SUMMARY
Apply concrete experiences and abstract principals to chemical manufacturing and/or development activities. Perform simulations, scale-up calculations, investigations, and laboratory work, and/or evaluate manufacturing data, perform statistical analysis, and write technical reports of manufacturing campaigns. Potential to propose and implement process improvements. Become familiar with cGMP operations and documentation. Demonstrate problem-solving skills within interdisciplinary team environments. Acquire new skills and expand competency in support of project goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Cultivate skills to support active pharmaceutical ingredient development and/or manufacturing
- Demonstrate initiative and a commitment to self-directed learning in accounting and business practices
- Collaborate with supervisors, mentors, and team members to achieve assigned objectives and deadlines
- Develop and apply skills supporting accounting processes, financial analysis, and business operations
- Prepare and deliver a summary presentation outlining key learnings and contributions at the conclusion of the assignment

cGMP is the part of Quality Management System ensuring products are consistently produced to accurate quality standards. Adherence to clearly defined procedures, in compliance with the principles of cGMP, is required when performing operations across Corden Pharma Colorado.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Attainment of Sophomore (Junior preferred) standing at an accredited postsecondary institution.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Demonstrates the ability to interpret and apply standard accounting and business documentation, along with strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and management.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Demonstrates the ability to apply practical judgment in executing instructions provided in written, verbal, or visual formats, and effectively address problems involving multiple variables within standardized business environments.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply problem solving to assigned tasks.
