Job Summary:

The Director, Integration Office Finance serves as the senior financial partner to the IT Finance Officer (FO). This role provides strategic and operational financial leadership across all integration office areas of responsibility including acquisition integration, the Vendor Relationship Office (VRO) which leads oversight for both onshore and offshore vendor partners, and IT operations and capital management for large-scale capital programs.

Job Requirements:

Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field: Required
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field: Preferred
  • Eight years' of progressive financial experience in a hospital or healthcare system, including leadership responsibility: Required

Licenses/Certifications:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA): Preferred

Essential Functions:

  • Tracks, trends, and reports vendor savings and performance metrics.
  • Serves as primary financial advisor to the IT Finance Officer. Oversees month-end close and financial reporting for the Integration Office.
  • Leads budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Facilitates capital forecasting and monitors consumption compared to budget for capital projects and engages leaders for any course corrections needed.
  • Provides financial trending and identifies financial and operational opportunities for improvement for the VRO offshore services. Consults and advises business owners on VRO operational metrics and contributes to strategies and programs for success. Tracks, validates, and reports realized and projected savings generated through vendor optimization initiatives and partners with leaders to find the root cause for missing projected savings.
  • Provides financial analysis and reporting support for hospital acquisitions and integration onto enterprise technology platforms.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
