We are looking for a Finance Business Partner (Rare Disease) who is strategically minded, collaborative, and insight-driven with pharmaceutical experience to join us in our Finance team, based in our U.S. HQ in Atlanta, Georgia. Please note this is not a remote role and relocation packages are available for this growth opportunity!
About the role
You will operate at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and business partnership, delivering insights that shape key decisions. As a Finance Business Partner, you will help leaders translate complex data into clear actions that support innovation, patient impact, and long-term value creation. You will go beyond traditional financial planning to influence strategy and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
Who you’ll work with
You will work closely with cross-functional partners across Commercial, Market Access, Supply Chain, Talent, and Analytics teams. You will collaborate with U.S. and global leadership to ensure financial alignment with enterprise priorities, supporting integrated business planning and decision-making that drives patient impact.
What you’ll do
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
- Provide data-driven insights to guide business and strategic decisions
- Partner with leaders to evaluate risks, opportunities, and performance drivers
- Support scenario modeling to inform strategic and operational decisions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on integrated business planning
- Drive continuous improvement through advanced analytics and innovation
Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or industry experience
- 10+ years’ experience in finance, planning, or business partnering roles
- 5+ years proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- 3+ years’ experience within pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
Preferred requirements
- Master’s degree in finance, Business, or related field
- Experience with enterprise planning tools such as Anaplan or Essbase
- Knowledge of market access and payer dynamics
- Experience working in a matrixed organization
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Power BI or Qlik
- Exposure to predictive analytics or innovative financial technologies
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex datasets
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive decision-making
This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $184,000.00 - $241,500.00 annually. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
