What You'll Be Doing: 

The Financial Analyst supports the finance function for the company through hands-on financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This role is responsible for preparing and maintaining financial models, analyzing performance trends, and ensuring accuracy of financial data to support day-to-day business operations.

This position plays an important role in maintaining the financial health of the organization by producing timely and reliable insights. The role partners with finance and operational teams to monitor performance, support planning processes, and contribute to informed decision-making, with a primary focus on execution and analysis.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and implement financial reporting for operations and departmental leaders as well as executive leadership.
    • Update key performance indicators and business trends into financial forecasts. 
      • Lead updating and improving monthly operating reports and executive presentations.
      • Maintain short-term and long-term financial forecasts.
  • Budgeting and Financial Controls
    • Assume responsibility for multiple regions and departments during the annual budgeting process.
    • Works closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
    • Monitor key performance indicators and budget variances, evaluate for improvement and corrective actions as necessary.
  • Financial Strategy and Decision Support
    • Lead financial analysis and provide guidance to support strategic decision-making supporting key strategic programs and ventures.
    • Collaborate and present results to the executive team to evaluate potential investments and business opportunities.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (Required)
  • Graduate Degree - MBA (preferred)

MUST HAVES:

  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis
  • High proficiency in financial modeling techniques
  • Advanced Knowledge of MS Office
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in the healthcare industry

Location & Schedule:

This position is posted as remote, but Denver, CO applicants are preferred and will be prioritized for interviews. In alignment with company policy, candidates who reside within a 35-mile radius of ZIP code 80230 will be expected to work a hybrid schedule:

  • Remote: Mondays and Fridays
  • On-site: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

 

The compensation range for this position is based upon candidate experience and market expectations.

$80,000$120,000 USD
