Job Description

Description

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst

ProCo, LLC / AICA Orthopedics · Atlanta, GA · On-Site $85,000–$110,000 · Performance Bonus · Medical, Dental, Vision · 401(k)

Reports to: CFO

Most FP&A analysts spend years waiting for CFO visibility. This role reports directly to the CFO from day one.

ProCo, LLC is the MSO behind AICA Orthopedics — Atlanta's largest integrated orthopedic network, 21 clinics across metro Atlanta. If you've built financial models in healthcare, an MSO, or any multi-site business with non-standard revenue cycles, your experience applies directly here.

The business you're modeling:

  • Revenue is PI-contingent — cash arrives when personal injury cases settle, not on a standard billing cycle
  • Cash realization depends on case duration, lien negotiation, and settlement timing
  • 21 locations with individual P&Ls requiring consolidation and location-level analysis
  • Active expansion — new clinic openings, service line investments, and growth capital decisions require pro forma analysis before dollars are deployed
  • Lean finance function — your models land on the CFO's desk, not a manager's inbox

What You'll Do

Financial Planning & Forecasting

  • Build and maintain rolling 13-week and 12-month forecasts — P&L, cash flow, and liquidity
  • Run monthly variance analysis and reconcile forecasts to closed financials
  • Build and distribute financial dashboards and reporting packages for CFO and executive leadership
  • Support annual budgeting and strategic planning cycles

AR Modeling & Revenue Analysis

  • Maintain probability-weighted accounts receivable realization models tied to PI case mix, settlement timing, and historical outcomes
  • Track AR aging, leading indicators, and cash realization trends
  • Prepare AR pipeline summaries and trend analyses for leadership review

Pro Forma & Capital Planning

  • Build pro forma financial models for new clinic openings and service line expansions
  • Calculate ROIC, breakeven timelines, and cash flow impacts on proposed growth
  • Run scenario analyses and stress tests on expansion initiatives

Decision Support

  • Model variables including case duration shifts, payer mix changes, and volume variability
  • Translate financial model outputs into clear, decision-ready summaries for non-finance stakeholders
  • Maintain documented assumptions and clean model architecture — no black boxes

Data Partnership

  • Work with the Analytics/BI team to align historical reporting with forward-looking model inputs
  • Consume and model against structured financial and operational datasets

Qualifications

Required

  • 2–4 years in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or strategic finance
  • Advanced Excel — financial modeling, 3-statement models, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, scenario analysis, and variance analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to build or maintain complex financial models from scratch
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Clear communicator across finance and non-finance stakeholders

Preferred

  • Healthcare finance, medical services, or MSO experience — reduces ramp time significantly
  • Multi-site financial operations — location-level P&Ls, consolidations, shared services
  • Revenue cycle, accounts receivable aging, or contingent revenue modeling experience
  • Background in professional or legal services with event-driven revenue recognition
  • FP&A planning tool experience — Adaptive, Planful, or similar

Why Join

  • Direct CFO reporting — financial analyst access to the most senior finance decision-maker
  • $85,000–$110,000 based on experience
  • Performance bonus tied to KPI achievement
  • Medical, dental, vision, 401(k)
  • Complex modeling environment — PI-contingent AR, multi-site consolidations, active clinic expansion
  • 21 locations · 400+ team members · 25 years in Atlanta
