Position Overview

Responsible for coordination of monthly financial statements, including consolidation and management reports. Oversees and maintains the general ledger, balance sheet account reconciliations, the preparation of 990 tax returns, and facilitates the of external audit process. This position is responsible for oversight in these areas for all UHS entities – UHS Hospitals, UHS Medical Group, Chenango Memorial Hospital, Delaware Valley Hospital, Twin Tier Home Health, Professional Home Care, and the two Ideal companies

$33.57 - $51.39 per hour, depending on experience

Education/Experience

Minimum Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ Years of accounting experience

Preferred:

• Graduate degree, MBA or CPA.
• Supervisory experience.
• 5 years of experience in hospital finance or public accounting.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and other financial software applications.
