This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to our Controller.
What You Will Do
- Reporting directly to the Controller, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations of multiple RCM physician services divisions, and overall Assembly consolidation including:
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Cash/bank Reconciliation
- Other Assets
- Accrued Liabilities
- Payroll
- Journal Entries
- Month-end Close
- KPI reporting
- Treasury functions
- Financial Reporting and PL Trend Analysis
- Ad-hoc analyses and projects
- Integration tasks as assigned to assist with acquisition activities, purchase price adjustments and opening balance sheet.
- Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
- Continuing to drive process improvements throughout the financial reporting process.
- Analyze compensation-related data including wages and bonuses.
- Other tasks and projects as needed.
What it takes to join the Team
- Self-motivated, creative out-of-the-box thinker that naturally pushes to constantly improve systems, processes, and procedures to minimize non-value-added activities,
- Incredible attention to detail. Tech-Savvy (strong ERP systems background; database knowledge helpful)
- Superior organizational and prioritization skills. Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Experience in PE-backed environment is a plus and a desire to get exposure to M&A.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. CPA or in-progress is a plus. Healthcare experience is a plus.
- Must have advanced Excel skills – i.e., pivot table, vLookup, indirect, index, etc. Hands-on experience with accounting software—Paylocity and INTACCT are highly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with customer service focused aptitude
- Detail-oriented individuals who are team players highly self-motivated. Ability to function well in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer. Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 10 pounds at times.

Compensation for this role is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. The expected salary range for this position reflects these considerations and may vary accordingly. In addition to base pay, eligible employees may have the opportunity to participate in company bonus programs.
