About Ciullo, Inc.

Ciullo Inc. is a Boca Raton-based privately held holding company building enduring businesses in healthcare, technology, and wellness. Twice recognized on the Inc. 500 for building separate high-growth companies from the ground up, we don't just identify opportunity. We apply operational rigor and institutional capital to turn it into something lasting.

Our portfolio spans six companies across four sectors, with a collective team of 500+ and an expanding footprint across some of the fastest-growing verticals in the country. Our healthcare and technology brands include Nsight Health, a healthcare SaaS platform managing 350+ clinics in Remote Patient Monitoring, Chronic Care Management, and complex chronic care programs; Nsure, our revenue cycle and verification division; Nvera, our dedicated Revenue Cycle Management division; and PRVNT (prvnt.ai), our AI-powered healthcare technology platform. Beyond healthcare, our portfolio includes Arryva, a full-service short-term rental operations company, and The Sweat Room, Boca Raton's premier hot pilates and sculpt studio.

Our core values of Resilience, Innovation, Passion, Ownership, Urgency, and Transparency are not aspirational. They are operational.

Position Summary

Most Senior Accountant roles ask you to maintain a process someone else built. This one asks you to own the numbers across a portfolio of fast-growing companies and make sure the financial foundation keeps pace with the business.

At Ciullo, Inc. you will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, month-end close, and intercompany transactions. You will work closely with the Financial Controller in a fully remote environment where your attention to detail, self-directed work ethic, and ability to manage competing deadlines will matter every single day.

This is a role for someone who takes pride in clean books, moves with urgency, and understands that in a multi-entity, high-growth environment the accounting function is not a back-office function. It is the financial intelligence layer that leadership depends on to make decisions. Our accounting platform is QuickBooks Enterprise, and prior experience with QuickBooks Online is highly relevant and transferable.

AI Fluency Requirement - Non-Negotiable

Ciullo, Inc. is an AI-first organization. Every member of our leadership and operations team is expected to actively use AI tools in their day-to-day work - not as a novelty, but as a core productivity multiplier. This role requires genuine curiosity about AI, comfort experimenting with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and workflow automation platforms, and the judgment to know when AI helps and when it doesn't. If AI makes you uncomfortable, this is not the right role.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable: Own the full AR and AP cycle across multiple entities, ensuring transactions are recorded accurately, timely, and in accordance with company policies. Process and post vendor invoices, manage payment runs, maintain vendor records, monitor outstanding receivables, apply cash receipts, and maintain accurate aging schedules.

Payroll: Support payroll processing across entities in coordination with HR and the Financial Controller, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations. Post payroll journal entries and reconcile payroll-related balance sheet accounts on a regular basis.

Month-End Close and General Ledger: Execute monthly close procedures including journal entry preparation, account reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. Independently formulate, calculate, and post journal entries with appropriate supporting documentation. Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner and escalate issues to the Financial Controller as appropriate.

Multi-Entity and Intercompany Accounting: Manage intercompany transactions across the Ciullo, Inc. portfolio, ensuring proper elimination entries and accurate consolidations. Maintain a clear understanding of each entity's chart of accounts and support financial reporting across the portfolio.

Reporting and Analysis: Prepare financial reports, schedules, and supporting workpapers for internal leadership and external parties as needed. Utilize Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to build and maintain reports, data summaries, and analytical schedules. Support the Financial Controller and accounting leadership team with ad hoc analysis and special projects.

The Impact You’ll Make

Financial Foundation: Across six companies and multiple growth stages, clean and accurate books are not a given. They are built and maintained by someone who cares. Your work is the financial foundation that leadership builds decisions on every day.

Multi-Entity Ownership: Intercompany transactions, eliminations, and consolidations across a portfolio of this complexity require real skill and real discipline. You will own that work and do it well, giving leadership a clear and accurate picture of where the business stands.

Process Contributor: Ciullo, Inc. is still building. The accounting workflows you refine, the schedules you design, and the controls you maintain will shape how this function operates as the portfolio continues to grow. Your fingerprints will be on the infrastructure for years to come.

Trusted Partner to Leadership: The Financial Controller and executive team depend on timely, accurate financial information to run the business. When you deliver it consistently and without gaps, you become an indispensable part of how this organization operates.
