GHJ Search & Staffing is working with a large, publicly traded healthcare services organization is seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst to join its fast-growing Digital Health division. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-visibility team within a stable, nationally recognized company experiencing strong growth through acquisitions and operational expansion.

This role offers hands-on exposure to month-end close, expense analysis, budgeting support, and process improvement initiatives within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and support full-cycle month-end close (journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, flux analysis)
Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations
Perform operating expense analysis and budget vs. actual variance reviews
Assist with payroll allocations, reserves, and revenue-related entries
Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes
Partner cross-functionally with operations and finance leadership
Identify and improve manual accounting processes

Qualifications:

4+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong month-end close experience
Advanced Excel skills (comfortable with large data sets)
Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
