Convenient Urgent Care is looking for a sharp and driven Senior Finance Manager to join our growing team in Houston, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead on financial strategy and operations within a fast-paced, patient-focused healthcare environment. Responsibilities:

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the organization
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
Monitor cash flow, revenue cycle, and financial performance metrics
Partner with leadership to develop and execute long-term financial strategies
Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations, GAAP, and internal policies
Lead and mentor finance team members to drive departmental excellence
Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies across multiple clinic locations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
5+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in healthcare or urgent care
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
Experience with healthcare revenue cycle management and medical billing
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite)
Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset
Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
