Senior Revenue Accountant
Job Description

Position Summary:
Provides various accounting functions, specializing in revenue recognition of patient accounts, to accurately report monthly, quarterly, and annual financial information.
Required Qualifications:
Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:
- A four-year college degree in Accounting or Finance
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Attention to detail and accuracy is required.
- Proven proficiency in the operation of the following office equipment: telephone, calculator, photocopier, fax machine, and printer.
- Personal computer software utilizing spreadsheets (Excel), word processing applications, database (Access), and Microsoft Office skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:
- Three to five years of related experience
- Work experience in the health care field
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively research and resolve a wide variety of problems.
- Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines.
