Who We're Seeking: Join our finance team as a Senior Staff Accountant, where you’ll play a key role in maintaining financial integrity, supporting reporting and budget processes, and leading payroll operations. This position offers the opportunity to work across departments, support strategic decision-making, and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial systems.
Your Responsibilities: As a member of our dedicated team, you'll:
- Perform month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare investment schedules, maintain fixed asset schedules, and support budgeting
- Supervise payroll and accounts payable operations
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external reporting requirements
- Support external audits and provide financial insights to leadership

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience
- Valid driver's license
