 About the Role:   

The ​Staff Accountant​ is responsible for ​supporting daily accounting operations​. This role ensures ​accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across financial processes​. The ​Staff Accountant​ partners with ​internal accounting, finance, and operations​ teams to ​support financial reporting, resolve transactional issues, and ensure accurate processing of financial data.​ 

The ideal candidate would have a combination of technical accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.  Demonstrated experience using Sage is preferred but not required. 

Key Responsibilities:   

• ​​Accounts Payable Processing  
• ​Expense Report Processing  
• ​1099 Misc. Reporting  
• ​Initiates ACH Data Entry  
• ​Maintains ACH Documentation  
• ​General Ledger Maintenance  
• ​Client Accounts Receivable Posting  
• ​Maintains tracking spreadsheets  
• ​Account reconciliations  
• ​Perform additional duties, projects, and clerical functions as assigned​ 

Required Qualifications:   

• ​​Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field  
• ​Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial environment​ 

Preferred Qualifications:   

• ​​Experience using Sage
• Advanced Excel skills
• CPA a plus​
