Job Description/Responsibilities:

The Business Office at Bryn Mawr Medical Specialist Association is in need of a Financial Analyst to join our growing team. This role, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, will have a focus on financial analysis and internal business reporting with additional accounting responsibilities. The key responsibilities for this role include:

· Prepare monthly reporting
· Support in preparing monthly financial statements
· Perform financial analysis on revenue generated and expenses paid
· Own AP process surrounding drug expenditures
· Perform accounting responsibilities surrounding our real estate entity
· Perform bank account reconciliations
· Assist in the month-end close process including booking journal entries
· Assist in financial statement review
· Serve as a back-up for our current Accounts Payable Specialist
· Support Chief Financial Officer with analysis as needed
· Other responsibilities as required

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting
Strong attention to details
Analytically minded
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Self-driven and self-sufficient
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with Sage, Ottimate, and ADP a plus but not required
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Pay/Benefits:

- $70,000- $90,000 annually

The potential base pay range for this position is $70,000-$90,000 annually.
