Who We're Seeking: Join our finance team as a Senior Staff Accountant, where you’ll play a key role in maintaining financial integrity, supporting reporting and budget processes, and leading payroll operations. This position offers the opportunity to work across departments, support strategic decision-making, and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial systems.

Your Responsibilities: As a member of our dedicated team, you'll:

Perform month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Prepare investment schedules, maintain fixed asset schedules, and support budgeting
Supervise payroll and accounts payable operations
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external reporting requirements
Support external audits and provide financial insights to leadership

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience
Valid driver's license
