Accounting Operations Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Operations Clerk to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in supporting the day-to-day financial operations within Oracle Cloud Fusion. The ideal candidate will manage expense reports, corporate credit card transactions, and daily cash application of receipts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Expense Management

Review, process, and reconcile employee expense reports in Oracle Cloud Fusion.
Ensure compliance with company expense policies and resolve discrepancies promptly.
On board new employees on our T&E expense reporting platform (Emburse Professional)

Credit Card Administration

Monitor and reconcile Chase corporate credit card transactions.
Assist employees with card-related inquiries and ensure timely submission of receipts.

Cash Application

Perform daily cash application of customer receipts in Oracle Cloud Fusion.
Investigate and resolve unapplied cash and discrepancies.

General Support

Assist with month-end close activities related to accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or GED w/5 + years work experience (in lieu of higher education degree)
- Experience: 3 - 5 Years in accounting operations or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with large ERP systems (required); Experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion (preferred).
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment.
- Experience with monthly close processes and reconciliations in a multi-entity environment.
- Familiarity with PBM operations and healthcare financial reporting.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid schedule: Combination of remote work and on-site presence in Montvale, NJ at least once a week.
Must reside within commuting distance.

The expected salary range for this New Jersey position is between $50,890- $63,612. Total earnings may also include various incentive options. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, education, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
