To flourish in this role, you will:

Develop, lead, and monitor a culture of high efficiency, results, and customer-oriented accounting and reporting services for internal and external stakeholders
Oversee all accounting functions, including strategic financial decisions and accounting activities, month-end and yearly closing processes, financial and management reporting, cash management, budget, tax compliance, and internal controls
Present findings and collaborates with leadership on recommendations that influence the future of the organization.

Qualifications:

Required

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in general accounting experience with balance sheet management, including financial statement preparation and supervisory responsibility.
Valid Driver’s License
Must pass a Background check prior to start date

Preferred

This person should also have an understanding of health care finance and industry trends.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
