POSITION SUMMARY:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting month-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Analyze monthly financial trends, including Actual vs. Budget for practices and corporate cost centers, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and company policies.
Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and ensuring compliance with accounting controls and procedures.
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve accounting processes, maintain ERP integrity (Workday or similar), and complete ad hoc projects as needed.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably within a multi-entity or healthcare environment.
Strong understanding of GAAP and experience with ERP systems (Workday or mid-tier systems preferred); intermediate Excel proficiency required.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $65,000–$80,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
