Summary
Reporting to the Controller, the Accounting Manager leads and oversees all accounting operations for Care Dimensions, ensuring effective financial management and accurate reporting. This role directs the monthly close process and oversees the preparation of financial statements, supporting schedules, and financial analyses to inform strategic planning and management decision-making.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or related field. CPA and/or master’s degree preferred. Five (5) to Seven (7) years of relevant experience, preferably in a health care setting, with at least three years of staff supervisory experience; or, any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the incumbent the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Experience or knowledge in nonprofit organizations, healthcare, or hospice accounting and financial reporting is preferred.Proficient with various software applications required for financial analysis.
- Demonstrated knowledge of financial accounting principles and concepts, general ledger, budget development and accounts payable and receivable.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills.
- Ability to set and meet deadlines including a strong ability to manage multiple tasks to completion simultaneously.

Precise pay rates are determined through consideration of one or more of the following: education, training, relevant experience and work location. There are some cases in which the pay rate could exceed the range listed on this job post.
