We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support financial operations and reporting across the organization. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is looking to grow their accounting experience in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
The Accountant will work closely with the Senior Accounting Manager and assist with financial reporting, reconciliations, and daily accounting functions, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Assist with monthly financial statements and account reconciliations
- Reconcile bank statements and subsidiary ledgers
- Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- Monitor budgets and track income and expenditures
- Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies
- Assist with payroll support and employee expense tracking
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
- Support tax filings and other financial obligations as needed
- Maintain and improve accounting systems and recordkeeping
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of accounting experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Basic understanding of GAAP
- Experience with accounting software and data entry
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, spreadsheets, data analysis)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Effective communication and organizational skills
