Our impact: From physician practices to hospitals, dental offices to long-term care facilities, we're trusted advisors and strategic partners—not just vendors. We combine proven expertise with environmental responsibility and comprehensive protection to solve complex operational challenges.

Position Overview:
MedPro is building its financial planning and analysis capability from the ground up, and this is our first dedicated FP&A hire. This is not a back-office reporting role—it’s a strategic analytical seat at the table. The FP&A Manager will be a key thought partner to senior leadership, translating complex data into insight that drives decisions across the business. You will build and own the models, forecasting processes, and analytical frameworks that leadership relies on to run and grow a fast-scaling company. This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role with a direct line to the VP of Finance & Operations and meaningful exposure to executive leadership, board-level reporting, and company-wide strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Own the annual budgeting cycle and develop rolling forecasts updated on a regular cadence
- Build and maintain financial models to support business decisions across revenue, cost, and operations
- Perform detailed variance analysis — budget vs. actual — and clearly communicate the key drivers to leadership
- Develop scenario and sensitivity models to support strategic planning and investment decisions
- Partner with department heads to gather inputs and align financial plans with operational realities
Reporting, Analytics & Strategic Support
- Integrate and synthesize financial and operational data to deliver a weekly and monthly reporting package that surfaces insight—not just numbers—for leadership to act on
- Build management dashboards that surface key metrics, trends, and alerts in real time
- Automate recurring reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy and speed
- Ensure financial data is clean, consistent, and trustworthy across all reporting outputs
- Take the lead in preparing materials for monthly and quarterly operating reviews, ensuring packages are analytically rich and decision-ready for senior leadership
- Support strategic planning sessions and board meeting preparation, including financial narrative development, scenario analysis, and presentation materials
- Lead intake and scoping of strategic initiatives (Rocks), partnering with leadership to define the financial framework and success metrics for company priorities
Business Partnership & Analysis
- Serve as a financial thought partner to operational and commercial leaders
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and business case development as needed
- Identify risks and opportunities in the financial plan and proactively surface them to leadership
- Support M&A diligence, capital allocation, and growth investment analysis as the company scales
Systems & Process Development
- Evaluate and implement FP&A tools and systems that scale with the business
- Leverage AI and automation tools to improve the efficiency and quality of financial workflows
- Establish best practices, documentation, and standard operating procedures for the FP&A function
Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3–8+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or operational finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including complex financial models, pivot tables, and scenario analysis
- Demonstrated experience building and managing reporting in Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent BI platforms
- Track record of building financial infrastructure in a lean or startup environment
- Strong communication skills — able to translate complex financial data into clear business narratives
Preferred
- MBA or CFA designation
- Experience in healthcare, logistics, waste management, or other service-based industries
- Hands-on use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to enhance financial analysis or reporting workflows
- Familiarity with ERP or CRM platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Planful, or Anaplan
- Prior experience as the first FP&A hire or in a function-building role
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary of approximately $80,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience
- Health, dental, and vision benefits
- A high-ownership role with direct access to executive leadership and a clear path to grow with the business
- The opportunity to build a function from scratch at a scaling company — your work will be seen and felt immediately
- A collaborative, results-focused culture with minimal bureaucracy
