As a Senior Accountant your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead key parts of the month‑end close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and analytical reviews that ensure accurate financial results.
  • Manage cash and treasury activities—such as bank and merchant reconciliations, ACH and wire payments, and cash forecasting—to keep the business running smoothly.

  • You’re collaborative by nature and enjoy working cross‑functionally in a team that values open communication, trust, and shared success.
  • You’re detail‑oriented and technically strong, but also forward‑thinking—always looking for ways to improve processes and make things better.
  • You thrive in a fast‑moving, growth‑oriented environment where priorities evolve, hard work is valued, and wins are celebrated together.
  • You’re eager to grow your career, make a meaningful impact, and have a sense of humor along the way.

. Qualified candidates will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting (required). Master’s degree or CPA (a plus).
  • 5–7 years of related accounting experience.
  • Strong technical accounting (GAAP), month-end close, journal entries/accruals, balance sheet reconciliations/variance investigation, cash management and bank reconciliations; excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software; ability to prepare tax reports.
  • Candidates must currently possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

What will set you apart:

  • Experience with SAP by Design ERP
  • Multi-entity accounting and intercompany transactions; full balance sheet and P&L responsibility; audit support; manufacturing/distribution or inventory-related accounting (GR/IR, WIP) a plus; experience in private equity–sponsored company.
