Accounting Clerk

• Salary Range: $19.23/hr - $23.08/hr based on relevant years of experience

• Location: Larimer County, Colorado

• Status: Part Time

• Hours: Hours are negotiable

Role Overview:

Responsible for providing essential support to the finance team by performing routine accounting and administrative tasks.

Essential Duties:

Assist with data entry of invoices, receipts, and financial transactions.
Responsible for providing essential support to the finance team by performing routine accounting and administrative tasks.
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Prepare and maintain organized financial records and documentation.
Reconcile bank statements and other basic account reconciliations under supervision.
Help process employee expense reports
Assist with filing, scanning, and maintaining digital and physical records.
Provide general administrative support to the accounting department.
Support month end tasks as assigned.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Post secondary coursework in accounting, finance, or business preferred.
One year of related experience preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be evaluated and considered.
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite/Gen Computer Skills preferred. This includes Outlook, Excel, teams, etc.
