Senior Financial Analyst - Healthcare Strategy & Finance

Location: North Dallas Area – Onsite 5 days per week

Position Overview

IKS Health is seeking a strategic and analytically driven Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, business strategy, and growth initiatives across the organization. This highly visible role works closely with executive leadership to analyze financial and operational data, develop financial models, and provide insights that support key business decisions.

Key Accountabilities

Solutioning & Financial Modeling - Lead the development of robust commercial models for enterprise healthcare clients, including pricing structures, value realization frameworks, ROI analyses, and risk-sharing constructs.  Partner with Sales, Finance, and Product teams to align solution design with financial viability, competitive positioning, and long-term client value, ensuring commercially sound and scalable engagements.

Develop financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support strategic planning and growth initiatives.

Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, performance drivers, and improvement opportunities.

Support financial planning and analysis (FP&A) including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Evaluate financial implications of new client opportunities, partnerships, and operational initiatives.

Secondary Market Research & Competitive Mapping - Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies.  Provide insights on emerging healthcare solutions, regulatory changes, and business opportunities.  

Executive Support - Work closely with Solutions leadership to develop business cases and presentations for client meetings and discussions.  Provide data-backed insights to shape deal structures.

The Ideal Profile

We are seeking candidates with combined strong financial analysis skills and strategic business thinking who will play a critical role in supporting growth objectives, pre-sales solutioning, deal analysis, and market intelligence for IKS Health, including:

Healthcare financial analysis or healthcare services organizations

Healthcare consulting or strategy consulting

Corporate strategy or commercial finance roles

Financial analysts supporting growth initiatives, market analysis, or deal modeling

Experience & Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred

5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, strategy, or consulting

Expertise in healthcare services, healthcare analytics, or healthcare consulting

Experience supporting commercial strategy, business development, or deal analysis

Experience developing financial models to support strategic decision-making

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations

Strong communication and presentation skills

Experience partnering with business and operational teams

Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $100,000. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to current market conditions, location, education, work experience, certifications, etc. IKS Health offers a competitive benefits package, including healthcare, 401k, and paid time off (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements for full-time employees).
